Web Design for Non-Profits
The North Dakota Law Enforcement Youth Association (NDLEYA) trains and equips the next generation of law enforcement with quality training, leadership skills, and community. They were looking to build a brand new website to act as the hub for their summer academy, state conferences, and ongoing events throughout the year. NDLEYA partnered with Bluestem Media to build a website from scratch.

Video billboard
A video billboard was used to set the mood for the rest of the website. Looping videos of previous training events and conferences were used, all captured by the NDLEYA staff.
Image calls-to-action
One unique thing we worked into this website was a move away from traditional buttons, towards an image CTA. This was done on most key pages.
Custom event registration forms
Custom forms were created to handle signups of cadets and volunteers. This multi-step process was designed to be intuitive and deliver the necessary information.
