“Pulse Check” J & MA Bunya LLC
Organization honoring resuscitation teams & first responders
Web Design for Retail & eCommerce
Pulse Check is an organization dedicated to honoring resuscitation teams working in emergency rooms and law enforcement. It’s a reminder to always take a breath and have gratitude for the life given each day. John Bunya owns Pulse Check (J & MA Bunya LLC) and partnered with Bluestem Media to create a platform to communicate the message and offer merchandise. The project was also a test of our production schedule: the website needed to be launched within two weeks of signing. We were able to execute on this goal and had the website launched by Christmas Day.
Website Services Provided:

Bluestem Media took a good amount of time to understand my business and goals for the website they made for me and I'm absolutely thrilled with the product! I tried to diy it myself with Wix, and realized I needed help. Isaac and Eric took my 'pinterest fail' of a website and completely turned it around and made it fly. And they did it in a fraction of the time I was spending on it, and for a great price. Saved me so much time. And they provided great ideas to take it where I wanted based on their significant experience that really helped it to develop quickly. It was really nice to see my late night 'tweaks' already reflected on the website when I woke up in the morning. These are great guys to have in your corner and their response time is lightning fast! Highly recommend!

Transitioning from Wix eCommerce to WordPress Woocommerce
Pulse Check sells merchandise and needed a way to take and fulfill orders online. We transitioned the organization from Wix e-commerce to Woocommerce within the WordPress ecosystem. This included payment processing through Stripe, custom product pages, and shipping settings.
Basic infographic with logo explanation
John developed a logo that describes the technical process of resuscitation on an EKG machine. We wanted to create a way to tell the story of the logo in under 20 seconds.
Bold white, red & emerald green palatte
John requested emerald green to be used in the project. Our design team paired this color with black, white, and bold pinkish-red to make the website pop and have a modern twist.
