Rob Brooks Property Management is the property management department of Rob Brooks Realty. They help property owners and homeowners in the Florida Panhandle do long-term rental of their property. They were looking for a dedicated website for this wing of the company, as part of an overall marketing and SEO strategy. Bluestem Media built a new website from scratch, complete with an internal design.

Contrasting text types
Used a serif (Georgia) and sans serif font (Helvetica) to help provide a visual contrast and excellent readability.
Property management resources section
We repurposed old videos from the old website, and built an entire library of resources. Each page has an embedded video, navigation to other topics, and a full transcript.
Rounded upper left and lower right corners
Some key elements have a distinct rounded radius on the upper left and lower right corner.
